Processing and Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 2 pm on a working day are typically picked, packed, and handed to our courier on the same day. Orders placed after this cut-off, on weekends, or on UK public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse, including a tracking reference where available. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update with our courier partners.

UK Delivery Options and Estimates

Delivery estimates are calculated from the dispatch date shown in your confirmation email and apply to mainland UK addresses only. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and other islands may take one to two additional working days. Estimated times are not guaranteed and can be affected by courier demand or adverse weather.

International Shipping

We currently ship to a limited number of international destinations, including the Republic of Ireland, mainland Europe, and the United States. International delivery typically takes 5-10 working days depending on the destination and chosen service.

Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the combined weight of the items in your basket. Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price or the shipping cost shown at checkout. We are unable to provide a precise estimate of these charges, which vary by country.

If an international order is refused at customs or undeliverable, applicable return or redelivery fees may be deducted from any refund.
